1. What are soy wood wick candles?
Soy wood wick candles are made from natural soy wax and feature a wooden wick that gives off a soft, soothing crackle—like a mini fireplace. They're designed to create a cozy, clean-burning ambiance in your space.

2. How are they different from traditional candles?
The biggest difference is in the wick. Traditional candles typically use cotton wicks, while ours use wood, which adds that signature crackling sound. Plus, soy wax is a renewable, eco-friendly alternative to paraffin wax, which is often petroleum-based.

3. Are they safe to use?
Yes! When burned properly, our candles are completely safe. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, keep the candle on a heat-resistant surface, and never leave it unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

4. Do soy wood wick candles produce smoke or soot?
Not much at all! Soy wax burns cleaner than paraffin and produces very little soot or smoke when the wick is properly trimmed and the candle is used as directed.

5. How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wooden wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and let the candle burn long enough for the entire top layer to melt—this prevents tunneling and helps your candle last longer.

6. Can I reuse the container?
Absolutely. Once your candle is finished, clean out any leftover wax and repurpose the container! It’s perfect for holding small items, plants, or just as a decorative accent.
